Shiny Pants started like many
things in my life, with an episode
of Pinky and the Brain. Pinky asked
Brain for the eleventy-third time, "Why
don't you get everyone to wear really shiny
pants? Narf!" This was a highly stupid idea.
However, in this particular episode, Brain got
fed up and said, "Okay, you don't like my
ideas, we'll do yours tonight. What will it be?"
And so, of course, Pinky's Shiny Pants plan
was very successful (he became an instant
billionaire), until Brain took it over. Then it
immediately fell apart.
Well, that's the reason for the name, as far
as shiny, that came from the fact that this web-
site ended up being highly shiny. I was making
the site as a demo anyway, so no meaningful
content is required. So, I just made the site
about what the site looks like, which is, of
course, SHINY!
